How would you rank these day trips?

If you only had one day to choose, which would you do?

1. Kayaking to James Bond Island, etc

2. Speedboat %26amp; Snorkel to Phi Phi

3. Scuba in Similan

Thanks!

How would you rank these day trips?

# 3 hands down

How would you rank these day trips?

Totally agree with tw0travel....!!....

James Bond Island...??...Wanna buy trinkets..??

Speedboat..??...Fast but can be rough in the wrong conditions...

Koh Phi Phi...??..Nice for a daytrip....Been there done that...!!!

Hands up who%26#39;s goin%26#39; to The Similans...!!!???.....Wow...!!

Sililian%26#39;s all the way ... one of the most gorgeous places i have ever been ...

Cheers

Chelle

I think the first two are pretty rank but not being a diver I won%26#39;t comment on the third one.

I haven%26#39;t been to the Similians, but between Phi Phi and Phang Nga I would pick Phang Nga. We loved the kayaking part.

Similian awesome, the kayaking in the caves is very cool but the bond island itself is just a little island which i didn%26#39;t highly rate. The speed boat was fun with the bouncing and the speed and the snorkeling but wouldn%26#39;t compare to the similians.

Would absolutely love to go to Similans when we are over in April. I know the seas are starting to get rough then, but if they are running the trip does anyone know if it will be bookable from our resort (Kaththani in Kata Noi) ?

Thanks

#3 without a doubt but Surin Islands better for coral and marine life although the islands are not as pretty.

I should probably know this, but how long is it to the Similan Islands? For a day trip it sounds pretty far. I dont know if i would want to spend so much time on a speed boat. ESpecially if it was rough!

The islands are definitly lovely but if i was going to go all that way, i would definitly do it as an overnight.

The Similan Islands is a very popular and regular day trip from Phuket, taking about 90 minutes each way, I think. Less than that if you go from Tap Lamu near to Khao Lak.
