Koh Samui Port

Hi,

I%26#39;m flying into Koh Samui from Bangkok, on route to Koh Toa - can anyone recommend a hotel / hostel near the port that is OK and for just one night?.

Alternatively any suggestions that you might have for the 1 night that I am in Koh Samui would be apprecaited.

Hi Helen,,,the Mermaid in Banrak is your best bet, cheap clean some restaurants near and only 5 mins from the airport and walking distance from Big Buddah Pier where the boats go from.

To Koh Tao I think the best is Lomprayah%26#39;s catamaran. Their pier is in Maenam and hotels close to it are Coco Palm, Pinnacle, Phalarn Inn and Home Bay.

To go to Koh Tao you can use 3 piers - Seatran pier, Big Buggha pier - for these 2 piers stay in Samui Mermaid hotel which is very next door to them. If you use Lompraya pier in Maenam - then hotels from concretemixer%26#39;s post.
