Can you guys give me tips about what to see and do in Bangkok in about 3 days?

We are going there in April before heading up north.

can%26#39;t say anything too specific for April 2010, but in 3 days

-see the temples of Wat Phra Kaew, Wat Arun and Wat Pho.

- After beeing templed out, see the malls near Siam Square (MBK, Siam Paragon etc.) for some serious shopping.

- Jim Thompson House is well worth vsiting.

- If you feel like getting completely lost (literally, orientation-wise and mentally), go visit Chinatown.

- River cruises are often recommended, but I haven%26#39;t done one.

- Fancy a cocktail on a rooftop bar to admire Bangkok%26#39;s skyline at night with wealthy Bangkok expats, go to the State Tower. Dress to impress and expect prices as high as the location.

- At some point you will probably end up at Khao San Road, to see THE world most famous backpacker%26#39;s street.

- If you are there on a weekend check out Chatuchak Market.

That should be enough program for a three days%26#39; stay.
