Can%26#39;t help you with scooters, but if you want to take beautiful photos, and you like beaches, try Kata Noi and Laem Sing. Kata Noi is 15-20 minutes south of Patong and Laem Sing is 15-20 minutes north of Patong. Promthep Cape is great for photos at sunset. Promthep Cape is on the south west corner of Phuket.
