You didnt mention your travel dates...which is important because the prices vary according to the time of the year.

You can check the rates for bangkok on Agoda.com, they have plenty of nice 4 star hotels below 100USD for the period of November ( i entered random dates for that period) but please note that the price advertised doesnt include the tax which apears in the last page after you press book.
