Day trip from Bangkok to monks tiger sanctutury

Hi,



Is it possible to do a day trip from Bangkok to the monks tiger sanctuary? also is there any time,day or month I should not go. How long is the journey there and how much time is need in the sanctuary to get the best out of it?

it isnt a tiger sanctuary .google .. tiger temple thailand or just go back several pages here .39 separate worldwide tiger charities have advised against going there,Care For the wild recently posted an article in national geographic magazine suggesting that it was in cahouts with a tiger farm in laos and supplying tiger body parts to china..though of course you wont see any of that should you decide to visit ,you will see what they want you to see..

Yes you can do it on day trip. Its in Kanchanaburi province and would take about three hours or more from Bangkok. Lots of agents can arrange tours.
