Sairee Beach Accom assistance

Hi

Im looking for resort type accom right on Sairee beach (or less than 10 minutes walk) for 2 singles. I wish to be close to the beach and bars in particular. Dont want basic accom. More interested in nice pool (with bar pool preferable), clean AC rooms. Great beach views would be nice also.

Looking at spending less than 4000 Baht a night per room.

Was thinking about staying at Dusit Buncha Resort Ko Tao but Im worried its too far from the bars. HAs anyone stayed at Dusit Buncha Resort Ko Tao? Can I walk to the bars at night? Is it safe?
