Maybe add Wat Chalong to your list. The artwork on the ceilings %26amp; around the inside walls is beautiful. Also the stairways inside the temples are a must see . CJ

HI

my boys are 16 and 12 and we were there a month ago

Phang Nga Bay we did with Simba Sea Trips check them out on the web they are fantastic or read my Jbr for more details also did Phi Phi with them and you will get to snorkel and feed monkeys.

Dino Park is a good thing to do at night and then have dinner there.

Phantasea is another good night thing and Simon Caberet

I would do the Big Budhha and Wat Chalong very beautiful and the karon view look out and if you want go to Cashew Factory my boys loved just tasting all the different ways that cashews were done and you can bring them home no problems. Also if you are staying at Centara Karon try the happiness massage at night we had foot massages with the boys and they loved it as they never experienced this before and was surprised at how many teenagers actually do it.. Elephant trek is a must we used KOk Chang Safari which comes highly recommended on this forum.

Have Fun

Thanks for the ideas everyone! Now I will have to work out where we fit it all into 8 days and still have time for a few cocktails. I%26#39;d forgotten about Wat Chalong as that%26#39;s something I know the adults would like to see.

Given it%26#39;s January %26amp; peak time when we go would you advise to pre-book any trips?

Thanksssssssss...........

It%26#39;s up to you, but we have only ever used tuk tuk driver or driven ourselves .

If you want to book Fantasea when you get there the pick up %26amp; drop backs are included in the price same goes for any boat trips you book when over there. CJ

Hi

Yes I would pre book any tours like Phang Bay or Phi Phi as these would be very popular we pre booked ours and we went low season. You can emaiL Simba and give them your dates and they will let you know what days they are going on these trips and then you pay a small deposit through Pay Pay and they will advise you what to do next. This Compnay is run by australians and are very good at communicating with any questions you may have. I think anything else you do will be okay to book when you get there. Oh Yeh dont forget the cocktails even the kids can join in with virgin Pina Coladas they were a real hit at Centara

Cheers
