For transfers to and from Phuket Airport try Cheaper than Hotel Taxis. Contact Boss at cheaper_khaolak@ymail.com or 0857861378 (local). A reliable fleet of modern cars and he charges 1000 baht each way. Taxi charge at the airport (who are reliable) is 1500 baht).
Alternatively have a look at www.khaolaktravelcenter.com/index.php… if you are not travelling from the airport.
