Resorts on the beach

What resorts on Kata are actually on the beach or has a private beach? Would like to try something that has easy access to the beach. Anyone have a list for this?

All beaches in Thailand have public access, but many resort,s like the Kata Beach Resort, are right next to the beach.

I presume you mean with sand ? Some overlook the beach but are not on the beach. Basically it%26#39;s Kata Beach Resort, Mom Tri%26#39;s boathouse and Katathani. Club Med is across the road for most of Kata Beach, so probably counts. Mom Tri%26#39;s other place, Baan Kata Keeree and Delight Villa%26#39;s overlook rocks. There is Aspasia, but I%26#39;m not sure if you can get down to the beach straight from the hotel.

Both The Kata Beach Resort and Mom Tris Boathouse are located directly on Kata Beach.

Kata Beach Resort and Mom Tri%26#39;s Boathouse are beachfront with stairs leading to the sand and NO road to cross.

Club Med is opposite with a small road to cross.

But I would say those are the only 2 true beachfront hotels in Kata.

Katathani is beachfront but on Kata Noi Beach, a different beach then Kata. However I would say that some of the rooms in Katathani are even closer to the sand then the Boathouse or KBR.

What about hotels that cross 1 street. No biggie as this should still be easy to access the beach. Anything that is very close across the street?

There are a lot of news one%26#39;s and I don%26#39;t konw the names of them all.

Sugar Palm and Sugar Palm grand up the hill .

Tropicana

(These are all on the south end)
