5-6 week accommodation rental Lamai Beach - single person

I%26#39;m going back to Lamai in March for 5-6 weeks and would like some recommendations for accommodation. Would prefer walking distance to town and beach. Not too fussed, as long as place is clean, has air-con and not too pokey.

Also, is it best to book just a couple of nights somewhere then look around Lamai when I arrive? Just not sure how busy it%26#39;ll be in March/April 2010.

Any suggestions would be fantastic!

I found their site last night. They look a little out of town...is this the case? Could you please let me know how long does it take to walk to town and the beach? I think they have a self contained flat, which would be great, but their standard rooms look good too.

you will have no trouble jus´t arriving in lamaii and finding a place ,shouldnt be particularly busy in march..
